Pantheon Chambers Hong Kong Barrister Nicholas Pirie Incomprehensible, Says Judge Levy in [2023] HKDC 1253 (§58)

I am lodging a formal complaint, as a member of the public, against Hong Kong Barrister Nicholas Pirie, for his blatant breach of paragraph 4.1(d) of the Bar Code, which says: -

"It is the duty of every barrister... to be competent in all his professional activities."

Judge Levy openly said Barrister Nicholas Pirie's written submissions were "full of multiple errors... some of them are incomprehensible" in DCEC 1082/2017 & DCPI 2318/2017 - Wong Kwei Piu v Chow Chi Cheung [2023] HKDC 1253 (§58): -

A Barrister must be incompetent if his written submissions were full of multiple errors and incomprehensible.

Please immediately proceed to prosecute Hong Kong Barrister
Nicholas Pirie for professional misconduct accordingly.
