執 業 律 師 譚 錦 棠 四 年 前 遇 上 工 傷 意 外 後 ， 聲 稱 因 此 出 現 精 神 問 題 ， 並 向 當 時 的 僱 主 追 討 工 傷 賠 償 。 該 案 快 將 開 審 前 ， 譚 特 別 申 請 指 因 其 身 份 特 殊 ， 要 求 法 官 下 令 在 案 件 審 理 時 隱 瞞 其 身 份 。 法 官 昨 日 下 達 判 詞 ， 認 為 專 業 人 士 不 應 獲 特 別 優 待 ， 否 則 法 庭 的 每 日 案 件 審 訊 表 都 要 用 字 母 代 替 人 名 ， 駁 回 譚 的 申 請 。  返 辦 公 室 遭 單 車 撞 傷  原 告 譚 錦 棠 於 ○ 四 年 一 月 廿 二 日 ， 返 回 辦 公 室 時 被 一 輛 單 車 撞 傷 ， 引 致 他 右 臀 骨 折 、 背 痛 惡 化 及 有 心 理 後 遺 症 。 原 告 後 來 興 訟 向 被 告 王 港 有 律 師 行 索 取 工 傷 賠 償 ， 被 告 一 方 已 同 意 賠 償 ， 但 雙 方 未 能 就 賠 償 額 達 成 共 識 ， 案 件 本 月 廿 六 日 開 審 。  原 告 早 前 聲 稱 意 外 後 出 現 創 傷 後 遺 症 、 抑 躁 症 、 長 期 背 痛 、 肌 肉 痙 攣 及 不 能 搬 運 重 物 ， 但 醫 生 證 明 他 仍 可 勝 任 律 師 工 作 ， 他 指 因 任 職 律 師 ， 案 件 會 引 起 公 眾 注 意 ， 他 的 病 情 一 旦 被 公 開 ， 其 工 作 、 前 途 及 社 交 都 會 受 損 ， 故 要 求 法 官 下 令 不 公 開 他 的 身 份 。 惟 法 官 認 為 即 使 是 搬 運 工 人 ， 在 工 傷 索 償 中 公 開 自 己 有 腰 痛 ， 前 途 都 可 能 受 影 響 ， 無 論 是 專 業 人 士 或 普 通 打 工 仔 ， 所 有 索 取 工 傷 賠 償 的 人 士 都 預 計 訴 訟 可 能 引 致 自 己 尷 尬 ， 故 專 業 人 士 亦 不 應 特 別 優 待 。  案 件 編 號 ： DCEC 1323/2004 http://orientaldaily.on.cc/ archive/20080320/new/new_ a38cnt...
